My child's book was damaged by USPS. Who should I contact?

We know that receiving a damaged book in the mail can be very frustrating. We recommend that you reach out to your local Postmaster and report the damage and see if there is anything they can do to prevent this in the future.

Unfortunately, we do not have extra books on hand as we order them in advance. The books are shipped directly to the children's homes and we do not maintain an inventory of books.
